Well that post got 8 comments! Chris and a couple of others recommended that I give the diet solution program a go.
So I did some research and it seemed to be just what I needed.
My problem was that I just didn’t know how to lose weight. There’s so much information on the net that I just ended up feeling confused. You’ll remember from my old post that I said that I would diet and exercise and end up feeling tired and lethargic and not see any results.
Well to my surprise this was mentioned in the diet solution program video so I instantly sat up and started to listen to what they had to say.
I was in need of a way to lose weight that didn’t take over my life and didn’t leave me feeling tired like I’ve just run a marathon.
I just needed some good information and a plan to follow and that’s what I got with the diet solution program.
For those of you that don’t know, the diet solution program is by someone called Isabel De Los Rios who is a certified nutritionist and she lost around 30 pounds by simply following her diet solution system.
The thing that I like about the diet solution program is that it has nothing to do with calorie counting or starvation. When I was trying to lose weight before I was limiting my calorie intake and essentially starving myself. This is the main reason that I was feeling tired and had no energy. Calorie counting then made my body go into starvation mode so it would then start to store fat which meant that my calorie counting and exercising was useless and just left me feeling tired and fat.
But at the time I felt like I was doing everything right, I thought that eating less and exercise lots was the way to lose weight but it just doesn’t work which is why I’m happy that I found the diet solution program.
It’s taught me the right foods to eat and I found that it was easy to follow.
Something that surprised me about losing weight was that the majority of foods that I thought were healthy are actually bad for you.
We all know that sugar is bad for you and makes you fat but I didn’t realise that orange juice and “healthy” cereals and wholewheat bread are also bad for you because they convert to sugar when they’re in your body. So when I thought I was eating healthily I was actually adding towards me weight problem.
I now know which foods are bad for me and which foods are good for burning fat. I just don’t feel confused about what foods to eat any more, it’s great.
The diet solution teaches you what are the right foods to eat so you burn lots of fat but at the same time gives you plenty of energy and leaves you feeling good.
As I said earlier in the past when I tried to lose weight I just felt tired and had no energy but now I’m actually losing weight but I feel like I have lots of energy and don’t feel tired anymore. This is just what I was looking for.
One thing that I like about the diet solution program is that they give you lots of recipes and meal plans which just makes it so easy to follow.
I don’t know about you but I’m always quite busy so it’s really important for me to lose weight that I have something easy to follow. I can’t be doing with complicated stuff because it just goes straight over my head which was why I was so happy about my diet solution purchase because it’s easy to follow and they just tell you what food you should eat and what food you shouldn’t eat in order to lose weight.
On the diet solution website they say in their video that the typical buyer of the diet solution loses between 3-10 pounds in their first week and will consistently lose weight there-after.
Well in my first week of following the diet solution program I lost around 5 pounds which made me really happy because it was a good start! In my first month I think I lost a total of around 13 pounds. And now 2 months after following the diet solution program I’ve lost a total of 21 pounds!
So I’ve lost 21 pounds in 2 months and I feel really good. I’ve got lot’s of energy I’ve had so many compliments by my friends and family about my weight loss that it makes me feel really proud of myself.
My overall goal is to lose 30 pounds in total so I’ve only got 9 more pounds to go until I reach my goal! I’m 100% confident that I’ll be able to do it
So yeah, I love the diet solution program and I just want to say thanks to Chris, Melony, Fabricia, David Jones and Alice for recommending the diet solution program to me! Thanks guys!
